There are three art festivals
that operate within a 40 minute drive of Squam Lake-the Lakes Region Music
Festival, Loon Arts Festival and Festival of the Arts at Waterville Valley.
Two summer theaters include The Barnstormers in Tamworth and the Lakes Region
Summer Theater in Meredith. Art galleries and antique shops abound in the
area as well as the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen in Center Sandwich and
Meredith.
Plymouth State College
offers their own film series as well as other cultural performances. Area
cinemas provide current movies. |
